The Cobra commander is the leader of the Evil Cobra Command. In the new-movie th Cobra Commander is actually Rex Lewis a former US army solider who fought alongside Duke of the Gi Joe's. Rex, however, was hurt in an air-strike that was called in by Duke. Since that time Rex has been disfigured and must wear the face-mask. Rex vows revenge upon Duke an the Gi Joe's.

This costume featues a full-length blue jumpsuit with the cobra symbol on the chest. The jumpsuit also features an attached belt and elbow length gloves and matching boot covers.
